SHIPPING POLICY

Collection is welcome from Cardiff, Wales. Delivery is free in the UK mainland within 30 miles where I deliver my pieces in person or I use a reliable courier for nationwide delivery.

  RETURN POLICY

​

The items for sale at Chapell Furniture are vintage up cycled and refinished / restyled pieces of furniture. ​

I provide photographs from all angles and you are welcome to ask for more detailed information about any item, or request a viewing.

​

On line purchases there is a 14 day cooling off period in line with distance selling regulations where returns are accepted as long as you contact me within the 14 day cooling period and return the item in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  ​

      I ask that you measure your space to ensure that items are suitable before purchasing.​
